4 Ingredient Onion Soup Mix Dip Boneless Pork Tenderloins and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes Combo Meal*, By: Allana Alla Sverbil, October 20, 2015
Here is the deal, we needed a quick and easy filling meal and we went with what we had at hand and it was yummy and quick to prepare!
Ingredients:
4 packets Onion Soup Mix/Dip (2 boxes of Lipton brand)
4 boneless pork tenderloins
3-4 Potatoes
1½ cups Cheddar Cheese
Prep:
The mashed potatoes: peel and then boil potatoes in the Ninja. Once ready to mash, take them out and mash them in a bowl where you can easily fold in cheese. (1.5 cups of cheddar cheese was used, but you can do it by taste) - set to side.
Tenderize pork tenderloins if needed. Press the French onion soup mix down into each side. Repeat the coating as needed to make the seasoning stick - set to side.
Recipe:
1) Set the Ninja to Stove Top High and place the seasoned pork tenderloins (all 4 should fit in perfectly). Cook each side for 10 minutes or 20 minutes overall or until cooked through!
Serve:
With cheesy mashed potatoes which were made in the prep. These mashed potatoes will balance out the sodium from the French onion mix so it will create a Ying/Yang combination!

Basil Pesto Chicken*, By: Bonnie Smith, January 24, 2017 – Cross Posted in Poultry
Made basil pesto chicken for dinner tonight. I'm sure several of you have seen it floating around face book lately. It was a nice switch!
Put sliced chicken breast in the Ninja on the pyramid mat. Season with salt and pepper. Spread some basil pesto (store bought was used in this recipe) on the chicken pieces. Top with tomato slices. Turn the Ninja to the Oven setting of 350°F, and test for temperature after 15 minutes. When juices run clear, add shredded mozzarella cheese. Place a paper towel between the pot and the lid, to catch excess moisture from dripping onto the meal. Cook about 10 more minutes to melt cheese. Use a kitchen torch to brown the cheese. This dinner was served with tender crisp glazed carrots and salad.

Chicken & Gravy, By:LeAnn Gonsalves Nieves, June 9, 2015
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
14½ oz can chicken broth
2 packets of chicken gravy mix
Directions:
Step 1. Place chicken breasts in your Ninja. Pour in the chicken broth, cover and cook on Slow cook High for about 3-4 hours or until chicken easily pulls apart.
Step 2. Pour 2 cups of the chicken broth/juices out of the Ninja and into a saucepan. Discard any remaining liquids. Add the two gravy packets into the saucepan and whisk well. Simmer on low until gravy thickens.
Step 3. While the gravy simmers, remove the chicken breasts from the Ninja and shred into larger pieces. That’s it! Serve with the gravy over the chicken.
**Added comment by Aurelia Dougan McCollom – Since you are removing the chicken from the Ninja, you can fix the gravy directly in the pot instead of in a saucepan.

Chicken Alfredo, By: Wendy Smith Blankenship
Ingredients:
chicken chunks
5 cups of water
1 lb fettuccine
1-2 jars of Alfredo sauce
Peas, (optional)
Directions:
Turn your Ninja to Stove Top High and brown chicken chunks. Add water, fettuccine broken in half, and Alfredo sauce.
Set on Oven at 300° for 20 minutes. I stirred a couple of times during cooking so it would not stick.
I did add an extra jar of sauce because I felt it was not very creamy! Add peas during cooking; you could also add other veggies!
I used the spaghetti recipe as a guide for this recipe!
My family loves it!
**Added comments**
The water does not water down the sauce, if anything I feel you need more sauce! I thought that the first time I made spaghetti but it turned out great! I am sure you can make the spaghetti and then just add the sauce after it's cooked if you would rather do it that way!
Wendy Smith Blankenship Debra : I cooked the chicken first and yes there was quite a bit of juice from the chicken so what I did was I cooked the chicken first ten I poured out the juices and then put chicken back in to brown more before cooking the noodles.
**Added comments by Jessica Conol:** photo added
I made the Chicken Alfredo in files by Wendy Smith Blankenship. Some adjustment I made was instead of chicken chunks. I bought turkey breast tenderloins and cut into chunks (It was on sale). I used 1 Classic Ragu Alfredo Sauce and 1 light Parmesan Alfredo Ragu sauce. I browned the turkey chunks, added the water and 1 jar of the sauce and the broken fettuccine noodles and after it cooked for 15 minutes, I added in the other jar of sauce. And seasoned with garlic salt. It was good, pasta came out perfect. Next time I will add some chopped garlic and maybe broccoli. Thanks Wendy.

Chicken Alfredo with Cheese Ravioli, By: Michelle Whitman
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breasts, cut in strips
2 jars of Alfredo sauce
1 bag chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
Cook chicken on Stove Top High, until just under cooked thoroughly. Add frozen ravioli and sauce. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then add broccoli bake another 15 minutes. Done!
I stirred it probably every 5 minutes but my ravioli was partially frozen together. I probably only would've done it when first put in and again after broccoli if the raviolis were all individual.
Everyone loved it. I'm sure this recipe could be halved, as it seems most of you don't cook for many. Mine fed 6 people, 4 of which are adults, or eat like one!

Chicken Breast Pizza’s*, By: Karen E. Schasel Millard, January 24, 2017 – Cross Posted in Poultry
Turn the Ninja to the Oven setting of 325°F. Place the chicken breasts in the pot. Cook for about 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning them about every 10 minutes. Top with the pizza sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni! Decrease the Oven temperature to 300°F for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Yummy! Healthier, faster and cheaper than a take out pizza.

Best ham and beans I've ever made; a 4 ingredient super supper.

Kikkoman Cubed Steak Stir-Fry*, By: Joseph Girouard, June 8, 2015
Okay, Monday's dinner was a quicker preparation (easy-peasy), truly worthy or a weeknight's meal after coming home from work.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. cubed steak chunks
1 (12.1 oz.) bottle Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce
1 medium to large onion, sliced rings
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs. olive oil
Coarse salt
Directions:
1. Preheat olive oil in Ninja on Stove top Medium setting (or High, decreasing cooking times will follow)
2. Place onions to the pot and sprinkle with coarse salt. Sauté until translucent. Remove.
3. Brown cubed steak (about 5 minutes on Stove Top Medium), stirring occasionally. Drain liquid.
4. Return onions to pan. Add garlic. Sauté for additional ½ minute. Add sauce.
5. Turn heat to Stove Top Low setting. I find it important not to overcook meat, so as to keep it tender and not turning too tough. Remove largest chunk of meat and cut with knife and determine whether its doneness is to your own taste. I prefer medium rare (reddish-pink center). If you’ve reached this point (as I did) and did not overcook, then switch the Ninja setting to Buffet setting to keep warm while you finish any sides and get ready to plate. Meat may continue to cook, so it was okay if you were just about (but not quite yet) at the doneness of meat that you prefer. If needed, check again for doneness after a few minutes.
6. Best served over rice.

Ranch-Cheesy Home Fries*, By: Allana Alla Sverbil, August 13, 2015
Ingredients:
Russet Potatoes (we used 6 medium)
16 oz Ranch Dressing (would recommend one which is thick and creamy - we used the light version of thick & creamy hidden valley ranch)
2 cups cheese of choice (I would recommend using a blend that has cheddar)
Olive oil
Prep:
Cut potatoes into circles - thin/medium thickness
Recipe:
1) Lather main bowl of Ninja in olive oil the place the potatoes into it and set the Ninja to Stove Top High. Cook without lid until potatoes brown to your liking - flip the potatoes occasionally.
2) Once potatoes brown to your liking, temporarily turn off Ninja and evenly spread the ranch dressing on top of them then evenly layer cheese on top of the layer of ranch dressing. Afterwards, turn Ninja back on to Stove Top High and cook until cheese melts to your liking.
Verdict:
No leftovers & it was a rich & easy meal!
If you feel that the flavor from the ranch dressing will not be enough, you can toss the potatoes in seasoning of choice prior to cooking them!

2 – 15 oz cans pinto beans
16 oz bottle barbeque sauce, (your favorite)

Set Stove Top to Medium and cook until beans are hot, about 20 minutes and then set to Buffet mode.
Boom you’re done!
My boys scoop it up and eat it on Fritos and top it with shredded cheese!

Recipe:
1) Place rack into Ninja then place avocado on the rack. Turn your Ninja to the Oven setting of 350° for 30 minutes or until desired texture.
