Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef, chicken or bison (optional if you’d like to make this recipe vegetarian!)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large red pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 ½ tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
2 cans (15-ounces each) black beans
Fresh stemmed and chopped cilantro to garnish
Directions:
1. Place meat, onion, peppers, and garlic into Ninja Multi-Cooker pot. Set to STOVE TOP HIGH. Cook uncovered 20 minutes or until meat is cooked through and browned, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients (except cilantro). Set to SLOW COOK HIGH for 2½ to 3 hours. Cover and cook. To serve, garnish individual bowls with cilantro.
3. Serve with chips and other toppings as desired.

Ingredients:
10 large eggs, beaten
2/3 cup whole milk
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
1. Grease pot or coat with canola spray. Place all ingredients, except feta, into the pot, and gently stir to combine. Sprinkle feta on top, then cover pot.
2. Use the “BAKE” setting (“dry”) for 20 minutes at 325°F.
3. Using a silicone spatula, cut into desired sections and serve.
