Bertolli Italian Sausage & Rigatoni, Classic Meal for 2, By: Aurelia Dougan McCollom
I used two 24 oz bags, so a meal for 4. NOT!
I didn't feel like really cooking tonight so I thought I'd try one of these dinners. Not too bad. But one package is not enough for 2 people, @ least not 2 adults. They're in the freezer section of your grocery. I put both packages in the Ninja. I did not preheat.... Oven setting, 350°. I stirred occasionally. After about 15 minutes it was done. The rolls were an after-thought, so I set it to Buffet while I fixed the garlic topped rolls in the other Ninja. So, 15 minutes later... Dinner was done.

Birdseye Garlic Chicken with Pasta*, By: Aurelia Dougan McCollom, May 22, 2014
Super easy!!! I fixed the entire bag. A 3 lb bag of "Birdseye Garlic Chicken." Put it all in the pot, Stove Top High, ½ cup of water, place the lid. Stir every once and awhile. 24 minutes later, dinner!

Corn Dogs*, By: Jimmy Wright, May 25, 2014
Turn your Ninja to 375° and preheat 15 minutes. Place the frozen corn dogs on the rack in for 28-30 minutes.

Cream Cheese Wontons*, By: Cherrie Koeppler Christel, July 11, 2015
Just wanted a snack... Made in my Ninja using the recipe on box. No heating up my house with the oven.

Frozen French Fries – Ore-Ida
And YES, frozen French fries work in the Ninja. I followed the directions on the package for the temperature but, I actually baked longer because we like ours crisp.
Ore-Ida Zesty Texas Cut Fries & Tater Tots*, By: Aurelia Dougan McCollom, June 22, 2014
Ninja, Pyramid Mat, 425°, 30 minutes (I turned it to 1 hour). Lid on. Turn to buffet to hold when done. Ya gotta try it!
Ore-Ida Zesty Texas Cut Fries and Tater Tots tonight "without" the Pyramid Mat. Directly in the pot. 425° for 30 minutes. I turned them after the 20 minute mark. Came out fairly crisp.
Tommie Garmon Christian - I made them. Just put them on the roasting rack, turn to Oven 425°F for about 40 minutes. They loved them. I don’t eat fries. Got my Ninja today and already love it.

Frozen Lobster Crab Cakes from QVC*, By: Christina Beck Meixell, January 1, 2017
While preparing the cakes, turn to the Oven setting of 350°F, to begin preheating the Ninja. Remove from packaging. Place in the multipurpose pan. Brush both sides with melted butter. Set the rack in the Ninja and place the pan. Cook for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes, increase to 400°F for 15 minutes.

Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Filets*, By: Tammy Ullrich, November 17, 2014
Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Filets
Cover the rack with nonstick foil. Turn your Ninja to Oven setting and bake at 425° for 40 minutes. NO water. Place your lid. I did turn them over at 20 minutes.

Gyoza (Japanese Pot Stickers)*, By: Brent Stapley
I LOVE Gyoza! I tried them in the Ninja. Sometimes I make and freeze my own, but this time I bought frozen (favorite brand, Shirakiku). Add a tablespoon of oil to pot. Turn to Stove Top High. Add frozen dumplings and let sizzle for a few minutes. Add a half cup water and cover. Cook until water is evaporated and the bottoms are browned and crispy. Cook time about 10 minutes.
Dipping sauce: one part soy sauce, one part rice vinegar, and a drop or two (to taste) of rayu (hot chili oil).

Jack's Thin Crust Frozen Pizza*, By: Aurelia Dougan McCollom, July 23, 2015
You need to cut it in half, but that wasn't a problem. I had Bob do it, since he doesn't trust me with knives any longer.
Place the pizza directly in the pot. Oven 350° and plug the vent. Set the time for 20 minutes. That's it.

Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie*, By: Aurelia Dougan McCollom
I took some aluminum foil and wrapped it around small enough to plug the hole in the lid. (You don’t need to plug the vent, I’m a REBEL!) I used the Oven setting 425°. Set the timer for 1 hour. It was hot, and had a flaky crust. *** Since adding this, I’ve purchased the Pyramid Mat. You can place the pot pie on the mat without using the rack and set it on the bottom of the pot. Works just as good…

Marie Callender’s Dinners*, By: Aurelia Dougan McCollom, December7, 2015
Salisbury Steak:
I did not preheat. Turn your Ninja to 425°. Set the time for 45 minutes. Cut a slit for the vegetables as directed. Place your dinner on the pyramid mat, in the pot. Test meat with a digital thermometer. Temperature is to reach 165°. My dinner actually took 48 minutes. The actual cooking instructions for the regular oven setting is: Preheat to 350°; bake 38-40 minutes. I'll take the Ninja! Also.. I used my "rounded up" hooks to lift the dinner out of the Ninja. It worked great!
****
Meatball Bistro*, By: Ron Saskowski, July 29, 2015
Place in the Ninja and cook according to package directions on Stove Top High for about 10 minutes or until meatballs were 165°F. Sauce thickened during 2 minute sit time.
*****
Minh Egg Rolls*, By: Aurelia Dougan McCollom, August 28, 2014
Easy lunch. Do not preheat. Turn your Ninja to 425° and bake for 30 minutes on the Pyramid Mat. Perfect! The box directions say to preheat and bake 12-15 minutes. Basically the same amount of time, but your not heating up your kitchen! Nice and crispy and HOT!!
*****
Perdue Popcorn Chicken*, By: Aurelia Dougan McCollom, June 6, 2014
Well... since Jennifer Hudson had some "Perdue Popcorn Chicken," I decided to try them in her Ninja. I used my Pyramid Mat that I brought out and placed the chicken. Oven temp on the package was 425°, 14-16 minutes cooking time. So, I used the same temp, and total cooking time for an internal temperature of 160° was 20 minutes. Remember, you don't need to preheat, so you are still saving time in cooking! They were very good, not really crispy, crunchy, but the chicken was cooked perfectly. (You can spray the mat with Pam, or the chicken pieces, and turn half way through to get a crispier crunch.) The coating was not mushy. I liked the taste and the texture. (The picture with the probe, was a separate baking to test for internal temperature and accuracy in cooking time. I placed the probe after 10 minutes of cooking time. Both the 5 pieces cooked without the probe and the 1 with the probe were the same amount of time and temperature.)

Pierogies*, By: Courtney Msyl
Add butter in with one onion and one clove garlic; sauté on Stove Top High. Add the bag of frozen perogies. Turn your Ninja to Slow Cook High for 30 minutes. Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Switch back to Stove Top High and fry them. Add mozzarella cheese, place the lid and set to Buffet
(Next time I’m adding bacon with the onions instead of adding butter.)

Brown both sides in a small amount of olive oil on Stove Top High until slightly browned.

Pot Stickers from QVC*, By: Myra Paris Wright, October 14, 2014
I made pot stickers from QVC in my new 4 in 1 Ninja. Turn your Ninja to Stove top High to brown. When brown, add water until it reaches the middle of the height of the pot sticker and turn to the steam setting for 10 minutes. They were perfect.
(I left them in the pot just like I did when I used the skillet. I'm sure that you could place them on the rack and steam also.
I followed instructions that come with the pot stickers; but used the Ninja).
Serve with soy sauce.

Sister Schubert’s Frozen Yeast Rolls*, By: Aurelia Dougan McCollom
I preheated oven 375° for 10 minutes, but it’s not necessary for that long. Place the rack and add the rolls. Lid On! Total cooking time was 10-15 minutes. You can find them in your freezer section of your grocery, or Sam's Club. I fixed 4 frozen rolls.
I sprayed the rack with Pam and placed the 4 frozen rolls, spaced a little apart. Place lid. I set my timer for 10 minutes and check the rolls. They hadn’t browned on the bottom, so I set my timer for 5 more minutes. They were perfectly browned on top and bottom after the 15 minutes! I then turned to Buffet setting to hold them. Just before taking them out, I put a bit of butter on the tops, and replaced the lid for a minute. They were absolutely wonderful. Like the biscuits, they took an extra few minutes than regular baking time. But… for 5 minutes and not heating up my kitchen… that works for me!
**I also use the pyramid mat instead of the rack and they come out just the same. Use tongs to check the bottom. I haven’t burned any, yet! You could probably use the Oven setting of 350°F and go straight to the pot, but you would need to watch for burning.

Preheat the Ninja on the Oven setting of 350° for 5 minutes or more. Place the pizza on the rack inside the Ninja pot. Place the lid. Bake for 30 minutes.
It’s nice to know that “special treats” that I enjoy can be cooked in the Ninja! No more heating the house up!! Thanks again!

Totino's Frozen Party Pizza*, By: Aurelia Dougan McCollom
I did not preheat. The pizza fits perfectly inside the pot. It is sitting on the bottom. I seasoned my pizza with McCormick's Italian Herb Seasoning, "GRINDER." Place pizza. Turn your Ninja to OVEN setting 350°. Place lid. It took 28 minutes.
If I had fixed it in the oven, it would have been 10 minutes to preheat to 450°, and bake for 14-17 minutes. So, basically the same amount of time, lower temp, and no heating of the kitchen. It had an awesome crispy crust!!! I'll continue fixing it in the Ninja!

Totino’s Frozen Pizza Rolls*, By: Aurelia Dougan McCollom
Turn Ninja to Oven setting 375°. Bake for 26-28 minutes. I did not preheat. I did use the “Pyramid Pan Cooking Mat”. I didn’t want them sitting directly on the crock. Perfect! You can turn them if you want, I didn’t.

Zatarain's® Blackened Chicken Alfredo - 32 oz, tray, By: Aurelia Dougan McCollom
Basically… 350° 60 minutes, remove wrap, stir, cook 20 additional minutes.
I preheated oven for 10 minutes, with lid on. Put the frozen tray on the wire rack and cooked at above temperature and time, with wrap and lid on the Ninja.
The original directions were 350°, 45 minutes, remove wrap, stir, replace wrap, cook additional 20 minutes. It was really good, cooked perfect, but a little longer than in a regular oven. The dinner came with 2/32 oz trays.
